Colorado Brewers Guild issues Delivery Guidance based on Governor Polis Exec Order

Friday March 20, 2020:  The Colorado Brewers Guild issued an Update to Members as follows;
On Friday night, Governor Polis issued Executive Order D 2020 011, which permits additional liquor licensees to deliver alcohol beyond those traditionally permitted to deliver alcohol until April 18, 2020. The Colorado Liquor Enforcement Division (LED) followed this order with this guidance clarifying the order. To summarize the order for our members.
Breweries with a wholesale sales room may deliver alcohol manufactured on-site in sealed containers. Brew Pubs may deliver any alcohol from their inventory provided it is in a sealed containers provided the sale is accompanied by the sale of food (alcohol and food must be on the same receipt).
